Native @polycode/graph on the existing ReAct loop (no LangChain). JSON graphs, replace/append reducers, conditional edges, super-step fan-out, and .polycode/graph-runs/ checkpoints. TUI: /graphs, /graph <name>, /graph resume. Bundled explore and research-implement.
