Summary

The repo is public but had no license, which legally defaults to "all rights reserved", so operators had no grant to use, modify or redistribute the CLI. This licenses it under Apache 2.0, matching fystack/mpcium.

  • LICENSE: standard Apache 2.0 text, byte-identical to the apache.org copy (GitHub will detect it)
  • NOTICE: Fystack copyright line
  • README.md: short License section

Dependency licenses

go-licenses report ./... shows all 33 modules allow an Apache 2.0 project to use them: BSD-3/BSD-2 (13), MIT (10), Apache-2.0 (3), ISC (3), MPL-2.0 (2, hashicorp/errwrap and go-multierror, which only cover changes to those files themselves).

One caveat: github.com/otiai10/primes (indirect, via bnb-chain/tss-lib) is pinned to a May 2021 commit that predates its MIT LICENSE file, which was added in May 2024. Low risk; the clean fix is bumping or replacing it in our tss-lib fork.
