feat: environment picker, branded banner and inline passphrase backup - #5

- up offers an arrow-key menu to pick Sandbox, Production (coming soon, disabled) or a custom endpoint; 1 and 3 select directly, and output that isn't a terminal falls back to a numbered prompt
- the banner gains the Fystack bubble logo in brand blue, with white letter faces and blue shadow edges
- the storage passphrase is shown inline and erased in place once confirmed, instead of switching to the alternate screen
- unlock prompts and errors say passphrase instead of password
