There are some best practices covering code signing, provisioning profiles, app building and uploading implemented with Fastlane. Links to some tools from Fastlane's keychain have been added to corresponding sections of readme.

Good idea to mention fastlane and the different tools. I was surprised we didn't mention it yet.
Rather than adding all fastlane tools in each chapter, I would prefer to have a chapter on Automation / CI and add those examples there. That way we can discuss more general things about deployment automation, rather than just mentioning a few tools that are currently hip.
