Set MARKETING_VERSION to 4.0.2 via the set_version lane and close out the Unreleased section of the changelog. The release carries the refreshed Public Suffix List, which is the one user-facing change: the frozen copies had not been regenerated since August 2024, so useFrozenData: true was resolving against a two-year-old list. Everything else is packaging and maintainer tooling. No public API changes, hence a patch.

Summary
Cuts 4.0.2.
MARKETING_VERSIONgoes to4.0.2viafastlane set_version version:4.0.2, and the changelog's Unreleased section becomes## [4.0.2] - 2026-08-21with its compare link. The one user-facing change in this release is the refreshed Public Suffix List: the frozen copies had not been regenerated since August 2024, so
useFrozenData: truewas resolving against a two-year-old list. Everything else is packaging (Swift Package Index listing) and maintainer tooling. No public API changes, hence a patch.Contents
.spi.yml, README badges, author line.update-psl.pywriting all three bundled copies from a single download, and requiring Python 3.set_version/bump_versionlanes accepting arguments and failing without a TTY.Side effect on the package page
The Swift Package Index derives the author line from the commit history, so the page still reads "Written by gumob and 3 other contributors." despite #65 landing
metadata.authors. Per SPIManifest's docs,.spi.ymlchanges on a default branch may take up to 24 hours because revisions are collated, while releases are processed as soon as possible. Tagging 4.0.2 therefore also settles the author line.Coordination
PunycodeSwift is cutting its own 4.0.2 in parallel.
Package.swiftpins Punycode with.upToNextMajor(from: "4.0.0"), so neither release constrains the other and no manifest change is needed here.Verification
