Set MARKETING_VERSION to 4.0.2 and turn the CHANGELOG's Unreleased section into the 4.0.2 entry. The release covers the Swift Package Index listing, the fastlane version lanes accepting arguments without a TTY, and the dead PSL entry removed from run.sh — no source changes, so a patch bump.
