Prompt

make validate on a skill or agent whose frontmatter description is written as a YAML folded or quoted multi-line scalar.

What happened

read_frontmatter in checks/test_descriptions.py splits each frontmatter line on the first : and keeps the rest of that one line. A description written as description: > followed by indented lines measures as one character, >, and a description quoted across lines measures only its first line, quotes included. The check then passes a description that Claude Code would reject at over 1,024 characters, which is the case the check exists to catch. Noted as a known gap in the description of PR #25.

What you expected

The check measures the description's full value as YAML would read it, so a folded or quoted multi-line description over the limit fails make validate. Every description in the repository is on one line today, so this is a gap, not a live failure; a one-line unit test with a folded description would show it.
