Refresh the workspace override with the dependency bump

When this bumped devDependency is installed in the workspace, the root pnpm-workspace.yaml still has overrides: { "@framers/agentos": "^0.9.135" }, and the committed pnpm-lock.yaml still records this importer resolving @framers/agentos to 0.9.135; pnpm documents overrides as applying to any dependency in the graph. In the CI path I checked (.github/workflows/ci.yml runs pnpm install --no-frozen-lockfile before building/testing extensions), these packages will still compile and test against 0.9.135 rather than the newly declared 0.10.14, so this bump is not actually validated and the lockfile remains stale. Please bump/remove the workspace override and refresh the lockfile along with these package.json changes.
