…hase 3 continuation) The 17 steps (14 per data root x Devin/Windsurf + 3 global), their order, audit keys, restore actions and summary are IDENTICAL to v0.3 (archived locally at archive/reset_devin_windows-v0.3.ps1, never committed per convention). Every store mutation runs through src/python/ghost_cli.py via Invoke-GhostCore using the groundwork subcommands: machineid-file, json-patch, sqlite-update, delete-secrets (generalized with the ESCAPE'd windsurf/devin LIKE patterns - the repo's LAST temp-.py heredoc is gone), sweep-file, salt-rotate, json-remove, replace-text (username scrub), store-delete, sweep-tree, json-set (org blanking with the skip-if-empty contract), backup. Kept as PS orchestration: root detection, self-elevation + done marker (devin_v0.4_done.txt), tree-kill, workspace glob, per-root purge + watchdog, final probes, summary. BUGFIX (both manifests): delete-secrets survivors is a LIST per pattern/key - PS 'array -eq 0' FILTERS elements instead of answering all-zero, so non-zero survivors could pass the step. Explicit non-zero count test now (reset_zcode already did this right via Measure-Object -Sum). Fail-fast: Python required for every step (abort before any mutation). 1419 -> 1003 lines. Live comparison run pending user supervision.
