Add options to build

Allow overriding the multiplier option on build

Fix panel data caching

Fix to prevent panel data from a previous menu item being used for a new menu item.

Fix reusing split column info

Reset split info if skipped

Don't reuse other menus split info when we loop over the menu to build our cols
