Data is not filtered by activity in the Runtime sub-tabs on the first opening

Bug Description

Incidents is not filtered by selected if we select activity and then open the Incidents tab. If we firstly select the Incidents tab and then select activity in the Activity instances tree, then filtered incidents are shown in the data grid.

The same problem exists for the User tasks and External tasks tabs.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open process instance with multiple incidents on different activities

   

2. Select activity with incident in the Activity instances tree
   ER=AR: Incident tab caption is updated and shows correct count

   

3. Open the Incidents tab
   ER: The only incident is shown
   AR: All incidents are shown

   

Current Behavior

Incidents are not filtered by selected activity.

Expected Behavior

Incidents are filtered by selected activity.
