error during the run of ring example or any other examples

i have installed sumo and also Flow successfully on windows . when i want to run the ring example or another networks i got this error:

my sumo version is 1.3 now but i also tried on another version.
can anyone help me.

I suggest you try Linux again, Flow is not compatible with Windows.
