Force the WordPress SEO by Yoast plugin to noindex sub-pages of paginated posts.

This is a simple plugin with no options. Simply install and activate. You must already have WordPress SEO by Yoast installed and activated for this plugin to work.
Once the plugin is activated, all paginated single entries will have their sub-pages set to noindex using the robots meta tag. All other meta robots directives set within the plugin will be left unchanged.
Added a check to noindex paginated comment pages.
