Close button is not working at all and looks like from Windows Vista+ (mean weird)

Do you mean close button doesn't work? The blue titlebar is normal on gnome.

Just checked - it works when buttons placed right, but not left. Latest version. PikaOS.

I guess it's not compatible with the method you use to move buttons. You may try switching to x11

I don't thin that the blue titlebar is normal in Gnome.
When I install the deb package on Debian I can't see this blue row. It happens on the Flatpak builds only.

It's normal on Gnome wayland session, there are dozens of upstream reports about this. We have dedicated issue so please don't post off-topic here.

This is because the Spotify client is running in the Wayland compositor. When it runs through that, it will show that blue Vista bar. This is unfortunately an issue that needs to be resolved on Spotify's end.

As a workaround, you can run it on XWayland (assuming you are running a Wayland session normally). Usually, it should default to that, but if it isn't, XWayland might not be installed, and since you're on PikaOS, install it with this command:

sudo apt install xwayland

With XWayland, it should now default to the regular window title bar.
