Creating cleanup schedules ends with 400 code

When I tried create a lot of "cleanup" schedules in the project this command ends with error:

./glaball projects pipelines cleanups --create --setowner ${WERF_IMAGES_CLEANUP_PASSWORD}

All schedules was created, but "Cron Timezone" field is empty
