These files tell coding agents how to work in this repository. This change removes retired workflows and repeated advice so current project constraints are easier to find.
Why
Generic engineering reminders and a repeated review checklist add instruction volume. The stack instruction also names tooling Oliver no longer uses.
Implementation
Remove three generic engineering bullets, condense the review guide, and use native GitHub stacks through
gh. Retain the Cobalt proxy setting, EffectTS, read-only reference trees, shadcn preference, compatibility policy, and lowercase UI copy.Validation: formatting checks on changed Markdown,
git diff --check, and a repository-wide check for retired workflow references passed. Review the removed guidance and retained project contracts in the diff. This changes guidance only; runtime tests were not run.Model: GPT-6.1 Sol. Harness: Codex in T3 Code.
