…t from app failures Pool errors (a worker off the gateway, a closed daemon connection, xcrun timeouts) now retry the pose twice wherever they happen, and a pose the pool never let finish is reported as blocked rather than failed. Error dialogs while pairing are recorded and dismissed like those at launch. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Brings Theo's mobile behavior checks (pingdotgg#25876) into the local test suite beside mobile:e2e. A dev-only probe reads the app's own state through Metro's Hermes inspector, and a scripted Fx provider drives replies, so 25 cases grade scroll, frame drops, drafts, focus, status, and links without a model. The command leases an iPhone 18 Pro and an iPad Pro 13 from the Simlock pool, runs each with its own server and Metro, keeps the leases renewed, and writes one scoreboard to artifacts/mobile-behavior/. Pool errors retry, Metro serves no lazy chunks, and a run fails only on guard or control cases; bad cases reproduce known bugs. The fork's nightly build fails because this patch conflicts with upstream. The 22:50 run failed on 49a9e80. This branch merges upstream's current head, 9c6429d.
apps/server/src/orchestration-v2/ProjectionStore.ts: upstream's chore: delete 18k lines of code that nothing reaches pingdotgg/t3code#26238 deleted the unused in-memorylayerMemory. I took the deletion, which drops this patch's copy of the bot counts there, and removed thecountOlderSettledByProjectimport that only it used. The SQL layer keeps this patch's bot counts.apps/web/src/components/Sidebar.logic.ts: chore: delete 18k lines of code that nothing reaches pingdotgg/t3code#26238 also dropped unused re-exports. I keptbotShelfNameandsortBotThreads, whichSidebar.tsximports, and droppedisSidebarThreadWorking, which nothing imports from here.apps/web/src/components/CommandPalette.tsx: upstream now importsisScratchProjectin its own block, so this patch only adds theisBotProjectRowimport.Verification:
