feat(ai): test Gemma 4 on Agent Platform / Model Garden

Added an integration test for Gemma 4 26B A4B on Agent Platform (Model Garden / MaaS) in addition to the existing Gemma 4 31B test on the Gemini Developer API.

Notes:

• Gemma 4 does not support a topP of 0 on Agent Platform.
  • Removed from the integration tests since the defaults are now recommended anyway.
• Gemma 4 26B A4B is the only Gemma 4 variant available on Agent Platform
  • The Developer API also supports 31B.
