Description
Clear URL now removes the CALM Hub status bar cache, so its tooltip and reconnect prompt agree. Normal Disconnect keeps the saved URL.
Fixes #3523.

Testing
Focused tests pass: 14 tests in 2 files. The extension build passes. Lint has 0 errors and 3 existing warnings. Extension type checking has two existing unrelated errors.
