dist/ is ES5 again and calls no API IE 11 lacks, so the package runs in the browsers jQuery 4 supports. Checked by check-legacy (ES5 parse, guarded globals), check-legacy-run (test/legacy/scenario.js in a jsdom page without IE 11's missing APIs) and the suite on dist/ (test:dist).
