Upgrade js-yaml Dependency

A security vulnerability has been reported in the js-yaml package for versions 4.1.0 and below (link). This issue has been addressed in version 4.1.1 of the package.

To allow downstream applications to use a patched version of this package, it would be helpful to upgrade this plugin to v4.1.1 of the js-yaml package.
