1. Added a PUT request so that updates to goals are saved to the backend.
2. Implemented the functionality for users to add and change goal icons using the emoji picker.
3. Connected the frontend with the backend so that icon changes persist after refreshing the application.
4. Wrote unit tests for the GetGoalsForUser route to verify that it returns the correct goals for a user.
