awilix-manager 7.1.0 reports the rejection of a nonBlocking asyncInit to onNonBlockingInitError instead of leaving it unhandled. The plugin builds the manager itself, so the option has to be forwarded for fastify apps to set it. Signed-off-by: Igor Savin <iselwin@gmail.com>
