docs: correct database provider references (Neon -> Supabase) - #94

La base de datos de producción es Supabase, no Neon. Se corrigieron las referencias en el README, el ejemplo de variables de entorno, el comentario de retry de conexión en index.ts y AGENTS.md. Además se aclaró que no se usa SQLite en ningún ambiente: dev y testing también corren PostgreSQL.
