- 18.1: Installed @phosphor-icons/react, replaced 21 decorative emojis across 9 files
- 18.2: Removed gradient text from hero, unified CTA with Button variant='accent',
professional footer, proper PageTitle
- 18.3: Migrated hardcoded colors (emerald/red/amber) to design tokens (success/destructive/warning),
added aria-live to CharCounter, role=status to Badge, aria-expanded to avatar dropdown
