fix(web): notification bell dropdown position - #91

El dropdown de notificaciones usaba bottom-full, lo que posicionaba el menu ARRIBA del boton de la campana. Como el boton esta en el header sticky top-0, el dropdown quedaba fuera del viewport (invisible). - Cambia bottom-full a top-full (dropdown debajo del boton) - Cambia left-0 a right-0 (alineado a la derecha, mejor para header) - Cambia mb-2 a mt-2 (espaciado correcto)
