fix(server): wire resend-verification endpoint (controller + route) - #89

El endpoint POST /api/auth/resend-verification existía en el service pero nunca se cableó el handler del controller ni la ruta en el router. El frontend llamaba a /auth/resend-verification y recibía 404. - Agrega resendVerification handler en auth.controller.ts - Registra POST /resend-verification con requireAuth en auth.router.ts
