Summary

  • Bumps next 13.5 → 16.1, react/react-dom 18 → 19, mobx-react 7 → 9 in the docs site to close all 15 open Dependabot alerts.
  • Removes fork-ts-checker-webpack-plugin — Next 16 type-checks natively now, so the custom webpack config it required is gone.
  • Pins next dev / next build to --webpack. Next 16 defaults to Turbopack, but ajaxios (uses axios) fails under Turbopack during static prerender of /packages. Webpack remains fully supported in Next 16.
  • Bumps docs version 0.7.0 → 0.8.0.
  • Closes the 15 next Dependabot alerts (highest required patched version was 16.1.7).

This affects only the docs site (docs/ is private: true). No published packages depend on next, so consumers of @execonline-inc/* from npm are unaffected.

Test plan

  • bun run build succeeds with full static export
  • bun run dev starts cleanly
  • Homepage (/) renders with navbar and category cards
  • /packages renders all packages, including the live-fetched festive-possum entries (proves SSG fetch path works)
  • /packages/decoders renders markdown, code blocks with syntax highlighting, and sidebar nav
  • Browser console: 0 errors

Bumps next 13.5 -> 16.1, react/react-dom 18 -> 19, mobx-react 7 -> 9
to resolve all 15 open Dependabot alerts on the docs site. Removes
fork-ts-checker-webpack-plugin (Next type-checks natively now) and
pins build/dev to webpack since axios doesn't yet work under Turbopack
during static prerender.
