…ompatibility with the newer maven versions. Did a little bit of cleanup on a few things. Commented out the parent silencer plugin config in parent pom since it was causing an issue referencing the previous build version which I didn't have. I also added a perModuleEmail parameter for the jenkins config since it wasn't there.
