Description

Move product documentation into the static site, while keeping the Ethproofs webapp side drawer for inline definitions and linking out to the static docs.

Key Elements to Deliver

• Documentation published and maintained on static site
• Webapp side drawer links directly to relevant static docs
• Inline tooltips remain for quick access to definitions
• Docs workflow owned by product manager (no dependency on webapp releases)

Acceptance Criteria

• Documentation is published and maintained on the static site.
