[Unreleased]: the #3542 v1 plumbing entry (PostgreSQL targets enter the analysis pipeline) landed under### Fixedin #3672 per the splice's "everything not flagged is Fixed" rule; the splice lane flagged it for the coordinator's judgment, and it is a new capability — a target class that had no analysis pass now has one.
