• document v6.0.4 mining recovery and current v6.0.4/v6.1.4 release status
• add source-backed coverage for the Ergo-Substrate bridge research alpha, Accord Protocol, and Lumen
• remove the unavailable Aletheia repository reference and regenerate Source Watch inventory
