Add the planned method for choosing the chart together with the team: one branch-and-bound that branches on the chart first, admissible per-chart root bounds expanded best-first, a single global (chart, team) Top-K with threshold searches inside the remaining charts, shared pool tables and cross-chart seeding, and complete replay of the winners.
