Summary
Documents conversation-level access control for Agent Builder, added in elastic/kibana#284474.
permissions.md— new "Conversation access control" section: access modes, the member role, a who-can-do-what table, and how sharing interacts with existing privileges.kibana-api.md— adds a create-conversation example (filling a pre-existing gap:POST /api/agent_builder/conversationshas existed since 9.6 and was never documented) and an update-access-control example.Also fixes an unrelated inaccuracy on the same page: the note naming the Analytics section for Agent Builder privileges is solution-dependent, so it now says so rather than naming one section.
Closes elastic/docs-content-internal#1613. The GUI walkthrough is tracked in elastic/docs-content-internal#1729 and is blocked on a build containing the sharing UI.
