Bump entropy/entropy to ^0.4.18, which adds <options=underscore> and <options=bold> support to OutputColorizer, and stop stripping those tags in EasyCodingStandardStyle so the Applied checkers header and numbered file lines render underlined/bold, matching the blink engine.

Follow-up to entropy #31 (tagged 0.4.18).
The
ConsoleOutputFormatteremits<options=underscore>Applied checkers:</>and<options=bold>%d) %s</>, butEasyCodingStandardStyle::normalizeTags()stripped every<options=...>tag down to plain text, so the underline and bold never rendered - unlike the blink engine, which writes the ANSI codes directly.Entropy
OutputColorizernow understands both tags (SGR 4 / SGR 1, TTY-gated), so this bumpsentropy/entropyto^0.4.18and drops the strip, letting the tags pass through to the colorizer.Verified under a pseudo-tty: the Applied checkers header renders
