Draft for Linux and Firecracker CI before release integration. Adds body-bound durable create/lifecycle operations, execution fencing, recovery leases, synchronous delete and pause evidence, frozen lifetime semantics, cleanup reconciliation, migrations, and rolling-upgrade compatibility.\n\nLocal macOS evidence is green for API orchestrator/Redis, Cathedral handler, generated OpenAPI, DB, protobuf, and dummy-server tests. Deployment and live VM qualification are not claimed.
