Add Sinatra

Adds Sinatra, a hosted coding agent for Linear and GitHub issues. Assign an issue (or label it on GitHub) and it clones the repo into an isolated sandbox, implements the change, runs the tests, reviews its own diff, and opens a draft PR. Free tier is 5 tasks a day on the user's own Claude or ChatGPT subscription or API key.
