Findings from prod incident triage (OpenClawBoxBot):\n\n- Bot pod is Running and long-polling; Telegram API getMe/getWebhookInfo OK (no webhook set).\n- User @whoisdzianis exists; has active subscription; tenant record shows status=running for subdomain oc-ee6fa1.\n- Namespace tenant-oc-ee6fa1 exists but has ONLY services + IngressRoute (no StatefulSet/pod).\n- IngressRoute host is still placeholder: Host("openclaw.example.invalid") so even if a pod existed it would not be reachable.\n- Net effect: gateway missing/unroutable -> bot cannot proxy messages -> user sees no replies.\n\nAlso noted: tenant-oc-8770fe is CrashLoopBackOff (separate).
