The current project's Python requirement (>=3.7) is not compatible with some of the required packages Python requirement:
  - flake8 requires Python >=3.8.1, so it will not be satisfied for Python >=3.7,<3.8.1

Because pytorch-tabnet depends on flake8 (7.1.1) which requires Python >=3.8.1, version solving failed.
