This PR updates UniParser-Tools to align with newer Uni-Parser server capabilities (additional request options, partial results, and third-party output), and refreshes the repo’s docs/examples accordingly.

- Extend the Python client to support new trigger options,
return_halfpartial fetching, and a/get-third-party-outputendpoint (MinerU output). - Update result schema/constants (e.g.,
MoleculeResult.esmi, newErrorFlagvalues,ThirdPartyFormatter) and adjust unit tests. - Refresh documentation, Agent Skill references, and playground notebooks to reflect updated URL source support and callback signing behavior.
