archive-project archives a project and its sub-projects, --restore brings it back, and projects leaves archived projects out unless --archived is passed. Tables mark an archived project and the project view shows the flag. The skill tells agents about the new tool.
Builds against @dotpm/api 0.2.0, which dotpm/obsidian-pm#339 adds. The lockfile still points at 0.1.0 until that version is on npm; run pnpm install and push the lockfile once it is, then this can leave draft.
