Sources move to source/ and the build to build/, with the starter's tsconfig, tsdown, vitest, oxlint, editor settings and workflows: build and test on push (Linux and Windows), weekly CodeQL, and publishing on a GitHub release with the dist-tag taken from the version. Coverage thresholds of 80 percent are enforced; the CLI sits at 85, 80, 83 and 86. The starter's strict type options stay relaxed where the code inherited from the plugin repo does not meet them yet.
