Patch for uksm 3.18, modified from 4.0 version, and tested in https://github.com/pa-x2/kernel_leeco_msm8996

Looks like it does not apply on 3.18. Perhaps you target some patch level?

Well.. Kernel is in 3.18.140 with some patches, but I suppose that in any 3.18.140 can be patched (If I did right the patch :S)
There is my latest patches in kernel I share if you want to see it..
