Command line options for Full Screen & Mouse

This is a feature request, not a bug

It would be very helpful if there are command line options to start the emulator with the following initial settings:

• Fullscreen mode with selectable filter (linear, nearest-neighbor, ...)
• Grabbed mouse

Right now (as far as I know) you need to set these with keyboard shortcuts after the emulator has been started.

Grabbed mouse is currently being worked on. Fullscreen mode might be next.

"Auto grab mouse" is a separate thing from this.

This grab mouse will be a one time thing that happens when the guest first draws to a display.

For fullscreen, grab mouse, and scale options, they will be applied to the first display that gets updated. Special care may be required during restart or shutdown of the guest.
