Claude Code tooling for a daily work routine. This repo lives directly in
~/.claude/ — a whitelist .gitignore tracks only the files below; everything
else in this directory (sessions, settings, memory, personal config, outbox day
folders) stays local and untracked.

All personal values (name, Slack user ID, channel IDs, GitHub org/username,
Datadog org, tracker repo, viewer port) live in ~/.claude/workday-config.md,
which is not tracked — the skills read it at the start of every run and
substitute its values into their <key> placeholders. Create it with
/workday-setup (interactive, auto-discovers most values) or copy the template
from skills/workday-setup/SKILL.md and fill it in by hand.
~/.claude/outbox/YYYY-MM-DD/tasks.md— day ledger, GitHub-style checkboxes. Done items carry a(done YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM[, evidence])suffix.~/.claude/outbox/YYYY-MM-DD/*.md— outward-facing drafts (Slack messages, GitHub issues) with YAML frontmatter:title,kind,target,status: draft | approved | sent | dropped. Nothing gets sent without explicit approval — drafts are reviewed first (in the viewer or editor).

per day (from any repo — nothing is repo-scoped), /outbox-tasks whenever you
want a status pass, /end-of-day to close the day.
Clone into ~/.claude (or clone elsewhere and copy .gitignore, README.md,
skills/, outbox/serve.py into ~/.claude/). Skills are picked up
automatically; run /workday-setup to create your config; the outbox day
folders are created on first use.
