🔷 Project: zerotohero — Technical Upskilling Program

🎯 Overall Goals

The purpose of the zerotohero project is to design and execute a structured, modular, and progressive upskilling journey for professionals in technical roles. The goals are:

  1. Accelerate Technical Proficiency in core modern technologies through immersive, hands-on learning.
  2. Bridge Knowledge Gaps in foundational and advanced concepts critical for high-performing technical professionals.
  3. Provide Modular, Level-Based Learning Paths (100, 200, 300 levels) adaptable to beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners.
  4. Ensure Long-Term Knowledge Retention & Growth via follow-up webinars, projects, assessments, and peer interaction.
  5. Encourage Real-World Application of learned skills via labs, projects, and scenario-based challenges.
  6. Foster a Growth-Oriented Mindset combining coding, tooling, infrastructure, AI/LLM awareness, and career progression.

    • 100 – Foundation
    • 200 – Practitioner
    • 300 – Advanced Application
