The goal of these changes is to add this repository to the official HACS directory, which simplifies installation and automatic updates. It will be necessary to match the release tag with the current version. The pull request to add Airsend to HACS can only be made by the owner.

Changes

README

  • Complete rewrite of the README
  • HACS installation as the new method (> repo must be added to HACS as a custom repository)
  • Table of supported device types
  • Table of configuration options

HACS

  • Updated hacs.json for publication on HACS

Cleanup

  • Removal of obsolete files (install script not needed for hacs new method)

Updated README to include badges, installation steps, and device options for AirSend integration.
include content_in_root
delete iot_class thats not a hacs.json but manifest.json property
Remove install script — installation is now handled via HACS or manual copy
