This fills in the three placeholders in
docs/release_notes/5.1.1_announcement.mdfor the sealed candidateqa-5.1.1-73-build-25. The Telegram post and the XDA BBCode are generated from this file when 5.1.1 is published.a1e27964210493582f3dff9e34ebaf726a5067d0, the head after test: share one LauncherAppState companion shadow across unit tests #56.2b9445f1…a73adb65, the sealed Full APK from Jenkins build test(ci): cover the QA sealing gate in finalize_qa.py #25.This only changes docs, so it doesn't change the sealed APK.
