This PR completes the migration to JSF 4.0 in PR #1627, #1645 by fixing the URIs and param names used:
jakarta.*instead ofjavax.*andxmlns.jcp.org/jsf. Also, appliedSerialannotation to fields across the full code base as in JavaServer Faces (JSF) backing beans tied to stateful scopes should implement interfaceSerializable.For this commit the open rewrite recipe org.openrewrite.java.spring.boot4.UpgradeSpringBoot_4_0 was used with manual adjustments.
