fix: restore working outbound URLs for podcast episodes - #635

Replace dead Podbean/LNUG/DevChat/FSJam/Legacy Code Rocks paths and the shared Views on Vue URL with living episode pages. NuxtJS and the JamStack points at That's My JAMstack; Testing Made Easy points at The Modern .NET Show S08E06; Managing Component Architecture uses the Modern Web DEV.to episode page. Keep .NET Rocks 1954 for Changing Testing. Co-authored-by: Debbie O'Brien <debs-obrien@users.noreply.github.com>
